*1 1/2 servings superfoods fruit & 1/4 serving superfood grains (banana, blackberry, blueberry, whole grain oats). 1 fruit serving is 3 tbsp for babies; 1 serving of grains is 16 g.
Suggested use
Squeeze into a bowl or onto a spoon.
Refrigerate within 1 hour of opening, serve within 24 hours.
