Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@adora.baby with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or items that have been used.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@adora.baby with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
